______________________________________________________________________________   NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ______________________________________________________________________________   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Chautauqua Industrial Development Agency (the “Agency”) will hold a public hearing on April 16, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., local time, local time, at Town of Sheridan, Community Center, 2773 Route 20,, County of Chautauqua, New York, pursuant to Section 859-a of the General Municipal Law, as amended (the “Act”).  The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for all interested parties to present their views with respect to the “Project” and the “Financial Assistance” (as such terms are defined below).    ERIE COAST SOLAR, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the Delaware and qualified to do business in the State of New York as a foreign limited liability company, on behalf of itself and/or the principals of Erie Coast Solar, LLC and/or an entity formed or to be formed on behalf of any of the foregoing (collectively, the “Applicant”), presented an application for financial assistance (the “Application”) to the Agency, which Application requested that the Agency consider undertaking a project (the “Project”) consisting of the following: (A)(1) the acquisition of an interest in an approximately […]
